I drove down to Mainz today to visit the Minikina Photographic Exhibition. I resisted the temptation to borrow a Nikon D3 or D700 camera body free-of-charge for a couple of hours, because I knew that I would never be able to give it back, and I would have had to leave my passport as security against exactly that scenario.
