After work, I drove to Montabaur railway station, from where I planned to catch the 18:37 ICE (InterCityExpress) train to Frankfurt airport. Unfortunately, this train was cancelled, so I had to wait for the next train at 20:02. Just 5 minutes into the 25 minute journey, the train stopped in a tunnel, where it remained for 65 minutes (due to "unauthorised people on the track that had to be removed by the police" - which I was told later was a father and son who committed suicide by jumping in front of the train ahead of this one). Hence I finally arrived at Frankfurt airport at 21:45, so was the last person to check in my luggage and board the 22:20 Emirates flight to Dubai !!(Nikon D5000 : Sigma EX 18-50mm f2.8 : f4 : 1/500" : 24mm : ISO 200: 16.07.2010 19:54:35)
